eSign is not showing on all pages on my system adobe but showing on all pages in mobile adobe reader

Dear Team,

 

I am trying to eSign a pdf all pages using a remote web service which returns a XML signature. After append signature on my pdf when i see it in PC's adobe reader then its show's only first page signature and remaing page with show only blank rectangle block as seen in pic 2.

And same file when i see it in mobile's adobe reader then its shows all signature on all pdf pages.

 

So i want to see all signature on my PC's Adobe reader. Please suggest me.
