I have tried all of the troubleshooting processes including removing and reinstalling the printer driver.  I am using Adobe Reader 10.

Hi Gregoryh8122084

FYI ... I just re-aligned my printer cartridges on my HP printer and this solved the problem for me.

Hi Gregoryh8122084

I am wondering if you were ever able to resolve this. I am having the same issue. I also posted a question that has not yet been resolved.

Hi Gregoryh81220840,

Could you please confirm the operating system that you are using? as Reader 10 is quite old version so you might need to install the latest update.

Try installing the update for application, Launch Reader>Help>Check for updates

Akanchha,

I have already tried that. The response is: No Updates Available. My

version of the reader is DC(15.020.20042). It looks like the version on

Adobe's site is older than mine.

Regards,

Greg
