Everytime I try to open a PDF it asks for a verification code

Everytime I try to open a PDF it ask for a verification code when signing in to Adobe.  I have to put in my email address, wait for a verification code on my phone then sign in with a password - this is everytime I open a PDF!!

How can this be prevent, our own IT say they do not have access to Adobe servers so I need to raise it with Adobe themseves?

Any ideas
