Excel Dateien mit Makros aus PDF über Links öffnen

Hallo,

Was funktionieren soll: Excel Dateien mit Makros über Links im PDF öffnen.

Das Problem dabei: Die Dateien öffnen sich nicht. Fehlermeldung: Datei "Musterdatei.xslx" öffnet sich nicht. Es muss offensichtlich an den Makros der jeweiligen Excel Datei liegen.

Das Problem tritt bei Adobe Acrobat Reader DC auf. Bei Adobe Acrobat geht der Link allerdings mit einer Sicherheitsmeldung, dass die zu öffnende Datei Viren enthalten kann. Durch einen Klick auf Datei öffnen, öffnet sich dann die Datei.

Nicht jeder hat jedoch Adobe Acrobat sondern "nur" Adobe Acrobat Reader DC und kann dann die Links nicht öffnen.

Die Links sind im Adobe Acrobat durch 'Werkzeuge' 'Links hinzufügen oder bearbeiten' gesetzt.

Alle anderen Dateien wie z.B. Word, Internetlinks oder Excel ohne Makros öffnen sich.

Frage: Gibt es Möglichkeiten Excel Dateien mit Makros zu öffnen?

    You can't open any file which isn't a PDF using Reader. If you have Acrobat then convert your Excel file to PDF and then share it with the people that only have Reader.

    However, keep in mind that any macros you have in Excel will stop working when you convert the file to PDF. You will have to re-create them using JavaScript, but even that is not always possible.

    But the opening from Word files or Excel files without Macro work. I mean this files are not using PDF Reader.

    No, it's not possible. Either you're not using Reader, then, but Adobe Acrobat, or you are converting them to PDF using the built-in functions of Word/Excel, and then opening them in Reader. Reader can only open PDF files.
