Export Abobe Tracker data

Hello, is there a way to export Adobe Tracker data, perhaps to an excel/csv? This would be the names of the reviewers, whether they are required etc, number of comments, information like that. Is there any way to export this content so I can view it outside of tracker? I work with a lot of people and documents and it would be helpful to have it in one place. I'm not talking about exporting responses, but more like a list of all reviewers and their documents. There is a similar question on this forum but it is outdated. Thanks!
