Export - Conversion Error - reoccuring

Hi, I keep getting an error message when I try to convert a file from PDF to WORD. See below. I have tried quitting the application and opening it again.

    I am  having the same problem..... a glitch on their  part I hope since several of us are questioning this. It's a pain as it's slowing down my work.

    I have been having this error for some time now and just decided to troubleshoot it today.  I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader and even used the Clean-Up Tool recommended for another error I found on this site. Nothing has worked. I am very frustrated and with my subscription cannot get phone customer service.  I will be following this thread in hopes that someone has an answer for us!
