Export PDF Stopped Working

We've used this tool for a year and a half with no trouble.  Now when we attempt to convert a pdf to an excel worksheet, it comes across blank.  Adobe Support cannot help.  They tell me I have to use the forum.  Has anyone else experienced this issue, and were you able to resolve it?

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader DC.  That did not work.

    Hi Kate,

    As you have mentioned above, you get blank Excel worksheet when you export PDF.

    Please let us know if this occurs with all the PDF files you try to export.

    If it is an issue with a particular file, can you share that file with us?

    You can share the file using the steps provided here How to share a document

    Did you try to export PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?

    If not, please open the link provided above and log in with your Adobe ID.

    Then try to export PDF to MS Excel file.

    Check if it works or not.

    Please share the dot version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on your system.

    Refer the steps provided here Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC to check the version number.

    Also, let us know the OS on your system.
