Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As i understand from the description you want to export the text comments from the PDF to MS Word.

If yes, the option to export the comments to Word is available in Adobe Acrobat 2017, Adobe Acrobat 2020 and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (Paid subscription) Windows Only.
