Export PDF to Word - Not Working - Forbidden Message

I paid for the Export PDF to Word option in Adobe and have got it confirmed that my account is eligible for the same. However in Adobe, when I click on Export to PDF, I get a forbidden message. The message is exactly:

Forbidden

The operation could not be completed. Please try again later.

Can anyone help out to fix this issue.

    Sorry for the delay in responding to your question.

    Yes, "Page Extraction as Not allowed" is the reason here. For testing purposes, you may check with another file where you have no restriction whatsoever and try converting. You will see the file will go through.

    Hi,

    - Kindly update your application to the latest version from Help>Check for Updates. Let us know your version from Help>About Acrobat Reader DC.

    - Check if this is file specific or happens for all files. Please attach a screenshot of the error message.

    - Try exporting the file via online service https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    Checked for updates. No pending updates. Trying the cloud part. The message earlier was that the link was down and they are working on it.

    Hi CK,

    This may happen if the file is protected. To check if the file is protected or not.

    Open the file in Reader, click on File > Properties> Security tab (properties window). Check if you are allowed to make changes. 

    If you are allowed to make changes to the file, try to export via browser https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  and let us know if that helps.

    The security settings show as No Security

    However the Document Restrictions Summary show Document Assembly and Page Extraction as Not Allowed. Could that be the reason?
