Export to where
Whenever I go to convert a word docx to pdf, it says Export...where is it exporting ot? the document is not showing up as a pdg anywhere in any file, not showing up in pdf on my MAC either...help

Are you referring to the "Export" feature available in Word>File>Export (as shown below)?
As per your Adobe account information, you are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF subscription. Adobe Export PDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service. With it, you can easily convert PDF files into editable Word, Excel, or RTF (Rich Text Format) documents.

To convert word file to pdf, you should have "Create PDF" functionality available. Which isn't included in Export PDF subscription.
