Exporting Numbers spreadsheet to PDF - trouble printing

Hi,

I've created a Numbers spreadsheet which fits the page in print preview in Numbers and prints how I want it to. When I export to PDF and try to print via Adobe, the spreadsheet is super zoomed in and I can't get it to fit the page properly. I plan to distribute the PDFs to other people and don't want to have to mess with the custom size each time. Any advice?

Reader is not involved in the process of creating the file, it can only display it once it's created.

The issue is with the application you're using to convert the spreadsheet to PDF.

Thanks for posting. Yes, that's what I thought. Do you know if this could be a Numbers/Apple-specific issue?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the workflow/steps you did to create the PDF file from the spreadsheet? Please try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon in the toolbar of MS Excel and see if that works.

Also in the print window of Acrobat Select 'Fit' under page size and handling and see if that works.

Also, please share the PDF file in question with us so that we can check it at our end for testing.

Hi,

Many thanks for getting back to me.

It is an issue with all PDFs. As I say, I created the PDF with Numbers on my Apple laptop - not Excel.

Selecting 'Fit' does not work.

Not sure what else to try?
