Fail to open E-book

I downloaded an e Book to the bluereader app but fail to open it. " The item was origonally downloaded by a different user account" but I used the same Adobe ID all the time! How can I open the e-book?

    If this "e Book" is an EPUB file, those are read in the free Adobe Digital Editions application, not in Adobe Reader which reads PDF files.
