failed installation and update

hi all my friends, i have a problem.... i have already installed acrobat reader Xi and i have uninstall product for install acrobat reader dc. i have download from site, but when install at 90% there is message: new version installed. on my pc not installed acrobat reader dc and XI, now. i have used also cleanup, but it's the same. i have try also install a version before but aftyer installation ok, it's not possible install update. can you help me? i have windows 8.1 64bit installed. thanks
