FAILURE OF ADOBE TO HONOUR CONTRACT TO ME

I am a paid up subsriber to Adobe Acrobat Reader, but my transmissions to the Cloud are being blocked. Accordingly, Adobe is in breech of contract, and is behaving illegally, and possibly liable to prosecution.

Suspect this is some IT issue, but has been going on for > 12 hours, yet Adobe claims to be a world leader in this technology.

In my professional life, mistakes cost lives.

    And what exactly has any of this to do with GoLive (a web authoring app that was discontinued in 2006)?
