What is the reason, that Adobe Reader DC in my taskbar has the Icon of Windows Photo-Program? How can I change it to the Adobe Reader Icon?

You can't.

You can right-click the Reader application and put it in the Start menu or on the taskbar. You can right-click an icon on the task bar and delete it. But you can't change one icon to another. That's not possible. These are shortcuts to your Windows programs.
