Vielen Dank

Hello @Peter35814472naa6

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

Adobe Acrobat Reader (free version) does not support advanced color management, including applying custom ICC profiles for printing. This functionality is available with the paid version of Adobe Acrobat Pro. To apply ICC profiles and manage color output precisely, you need Adobe Acrobat Pro.

For the plan and pricing of Acrobat, see this article: https://adobe.ly/45SlEx7

If upgrading is not an option, you can try adjusting printer settings manually:

  • Open Control Panel > Color Management
  • Select your printer and enable “Use my settings for this device.”
  • Add your ICC profile (e.g., sRGB IEC61966-2.1)
  • This may help standardize output, but results vary

To apply ICC profiles and manage color output precisely, you need Adobe Acrobat Pro.

  • In Acrobat Pro, go to:

    • File > Print
    • Select Adobe PDF or your printer
    • Under Color Management, choose your ICC profile

I hope this helps.

Thanks,
