Fast and Easy Markups

Hi,

I know how to mark a PDF, but I was wondering if there was a quicker way?

My dilemma is that I have to go through hundreds of reports (thousands of rows worth of product) and circle any irregularities. We've done this by hand on physical copies up until now and my company is trying to go as paperless as possible.

Would I have to invest in a touchscreen device to do freehand markups?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
