Father is dead, how to contact a human?!?!?

Hi Community,

My dad died 26th of july, and he had an adobe account that now cant be paid for because his card is cancelled. I tried contacting Adobe Chat support but nobody replies! I tried calling them - but the number doesnt work!

I need to close this account and cancel the plan because the owner is not on mother earth anymore.

Does anyone know how to contact an Adobe Human?!

Adobe Acrobat Reader (where you posted) is free. Did he have a paid account with Adobe? Try signing in to see if you can cancel following these steps:

Most subscriptions are annual and have a fee for early cancellation. I don't know what Adobe will say, but they are the only ones who can waive that fee so it's worth asking in your case.
