[Feature Request] mouse wheel scroll in bookmarks

Hi, i want to make a feature request, since this lack of functionality is a little annoying in the Adobe Acrobat Reader. 

Possibility to mouse-wheel-scroll in the bookmarks when hovering over the bookmarks as if you would scroll the PDF Text itself.
