Files appear multiple times

Hello,

I have my Dropbox account synchronized with the Acrobat Reader App. For some reason multiple files are shown twice and clicking on them circle appears on the right handside, as if both are opening at the same time. In addition, it appears some of these multiple ones are mislabeled (not one of the two but actually both mislabeled in exactly the identical wrong way) and some pdfs seem to be missing. See picture below

What do I do to fix this? I have updated both the app as well as the ipad, restarted the software as well as the ipad and completely reinstalled the software. Thank you very much for your help
