Are you experiencing this issue while filling a form on web or with Adobe Reader DC desktop application?

Is this a only form that has been causing trouble or having this issue with multiple files? You may check another form and let us know the result.

Save the file locally and-

Mean while, make sure you have got the latest version of your application installed. Open Adobe Reader>help>check for update (if working on desktop)
