Fill and sign

I have a contract that is 90 pages long, so I decided to use fill and sign as I have to initial every page.  I have set up my initials and on the bottom right hand corner of every page is a text box E Sign.  I just can't work out how to automatically put my initials on every page instead of doing it manually.  I have been frustrated so thought I would just do it manually, but then when I print the document the E Sign is underneath my initials.

Can anyone help with this?
