Fill and sign does not work properly

Hello,

I have an issue with Fill and Sign, more precisely Add text.

I have Macbook Air M1 since march 2021 and Adobe Reader works with no issue. I used Add text or Add signature a lot. Week ago I found out, that I can press Add text, insert to PDF file, but instead of writing my text I just see Enter text here (in my language) in grey color and can not do any thing.

If I save document, grey text stay in the document but with other text.

Do you now what to do? I reinstall Adobe Reader, but the same. I have same problem with iMac MacOS BigSur, but my coleague with Macbook Pro (2017) macOS Catalina have no problem.
