Fill and sign zoom intermittent with update 19.010.20064

Hello,

We have a user on our Terminal Servers (Windows Server 2012 and 2016) reporting that they have problems when using the fill and sign feature of the latest update on Reader DC.  The user had issues when filling out a form where the zoom would intermittently adjust with no input from the user.  Through basic troubleshooting, we discovered the issue began a few days ago, when the newest update rolled out.  However, we are unable to uninstall the update, and performing a fix of the program did not resolve the issue.  Please advise, thanks.
