Fill & Sign

Question

I am using Adobe Reader v11.1.8 and Mac Pro Sierra 10.12.1

I cant fill and sign my pdfs on this login

I can't sign in these boxes are greyed over

have tried almost everything, like retart log ou and in again etc

my adobe forum search doesn't help

adobe support does't help

Hi Susand29042319,Thanks for sharing the detailed information.As mentioned above, I have tested the same at my end on Mac OS Sierra 10.12 and that worked absolutely fine.Are you this problem with a particular document or is it a same experience with all the fallible docs?As Adobe Reader 11.0.18 should work without any trouble, and if it doesn't then please try installing Adobe Reader DCAdobe - Adobe Reader : For Macintosh and see if that helps.Let us know if that doesn't work.Regards,Akanchha
