Fill & Sign Only Shows Half the Options

Tried Adobe Reader DC and Adobe Acrobat X Standard. Open the document and it's like every other Line or Check box is able to take a Fill or Check. I open the document up in Foxit Reader and it works just fine. I uninstalled and re-installed, no fix. Tried on several different computers and they are having the same issue with Adobe.

Please elaborate the issue to help us understand better and share the exact workflow you follow and which options you don't see in the application that you are looking for.

Also, please try the repair installation of the application and try uninstalling and reinstalling it using the Adobe cleaner tool.
