Fillable

Fillable data is populating on various fields throughout form

Hi, I have combined several pdfs into once document and some of the pdfs have fillable fields and now the data is populating on various fields throughout the document. Is there a way to clear all the fillables and prepare forms so it does not duplicate (example field name: Text Field 90#0 ).  Any help is greatly appreciated.
