Fillable form doesn't come back to my email when i hit the submit button

I have set up my fillable form with a mailto:myemail address and when i email it to my self to test it, when i hit the submit button, it does not go anywhere!! HELP!

    Also, do you have an email account set up? Just clicking the button is not enough. That only generates an email draft. You then have to go to your email client (or website) and actually send it.

    When you submit it, what app are you viewing it in? For example is it in Outlook or Chrome, as part of your email?
