Fillable Forms

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well.

I have a fillable form that will auto fill to some sections (that its supposed to) but when I upload the form to hellosign or just request signature it changes the information in some fields. 

It totally depends on how the form has been created. Also, when you say it changes the information in some fields after uploading it to hello sign, what exactly does it change into?

Please confirm the how/using of which product the form was created.
