Hello. I have a fillable PDF document that I would like to email. When I attempt to email it only has a statement not the document. It is saved as a PDF but still won't send. Please help.

Can you tell us the email client and the exact steps you are taking to try and email the pdf? Also your version of Reader would be helpful.

Hello. I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I have a fillable PDF that I would like to send. When I press save as it saves it as a message stating Please Wait..... I cannot send it via email. I also cannot covert it to anything because it states it is password protected. When I click on security I am unable to change any settings therefore unable to remove the password protection. I also believe this has to do with Document Cloud..which I have no idea what that is. I was on the phone for the past 30 minutes with tech help and she was unable to help. Told me I needed to buy a version rather than the free edition.

I'm not sure it has anything to do with Document Cloud. Sounds more like a secured file that doesn't allow changes. As mentioned by tech support, you cannot change that with the free Reader. You wold need the full version of Acrobat.

If you open the pdf and go to File>Property>Security, what does it say under "Document Restrictions summary"
