Filling out forms

I downloaded a form from my email and I am filling out the first part of the form, and once I move onto another available area to enter text, it changes every fillable form to the exact same thing. I am making labels for my job and there are 8 labels within this one document/form. If I enter Hello in the first one and move to another part of the form/another label, it will say Hello on every form. If I edit the second label to Stop, it will change every label to Stop. How do I fix this?

You can't fix that with Reader.

The problem is that whomever created the form probably copy/pasted the fields to save time. That is fine but they would have needed to give each field a unique name. All fields with the same name will populate with the same info. This is by design.
