Filling/Signing PDF Forms on Chromebooks

I've been able to replicate this on 2 different Chromebooks (Samsung & Lenovo). With Adobe Reader installed on the Chromebook, the fillible fields are not fillable, and the sign box is not able to be signed. It's almost as if the entire PDF is just a field-less document. In Adobe Reader on Windows, the fillible forms and the signature box are working correctly.

Any suggestions?
