Find the date when the file was downloaded

Hello, 
I am trying to find out when I first downloaded some PDF files onto my laptop. I'm not looking for the date of creation of the file, nor the last modification. The date shown in the file proprieties don't make sense and refer to when the file was created or when it was modified once on my laptop (including when it was renamed). 

Is there a way to know since when I've had this document on my laptop?
