I was trying to delete a file but now cannot find any files. Can this be fixed?

    We're sorry for the trouble, could you please let us know more about the issue? Are you trying to find the files on Adobe Document Cloud website i.e. https://cloud.acrobat.com?

    Or are you looking for files in Adobe Reader desktop application or on a mobile application?

    Which operating system/version you are on? You may refer and try the suggestion from the following help article Manage and work with your files stored in Adobe Document Cloud

    Would you mind posting a screenshot of the error/issue? To share a screenshot, refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

    I have a new fire10 tablet which works on silk. When I couldn't find the app on my new one I contacted Amazon and was told th it was no longer available! I still have it on my Android but prefer the larger screen. Do you have a reader that I could access the the cloud from it?
