Firmas no aparece en categorias

Hasta ahora no he tenido problemas para firmar con certificado digital. Pero ahora, al intentarlo, me aparece el problema "no se ha podido cargar un recurso de aplicación (error interno)". He ido a comprobar el estado del certificado en windows y es correcto. Pero en acrobat reader, en Edición/Herramientas no aparece lo de "Firmas" entre las categorías. He desinstalado y he vuelto a instalar el acrobat reader, he actualizado y sigue igual.

¿alguien me puede ayudar por favor?

SO: Windows 7 Ultimate

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, what is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Could you please post a screenshot of the error/issue you are getting? To share a screenshot, refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Is it specific to one PDF or with all the PDF files?

Hi Anand,

- what is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed?: 2019.008.20074

- Is it specific to one PDF or with all the PDF files? : all the PDF files

- Could you please post a screenshot of the error/issue you are getting?:

ARCapture01.png is the error message I get when I try to sign a pdf;

ARCapture02.png

is to show that I have no access to "Firmas" (signatures) in the

Preferencias/Categorias (Preferences/Categories) menu.
