Immigration Canada won't let me download forms. It says my computer doesn't have Adobe Reader 8 or above. From what I see, I have Adobe Reader 13. How can I access the Canadian government forms???

Yes. That is why I purchased Adobe subscription. But still I received message I should have Adobe Reade 8 higher.

You can. Right-click the link and select Save Target As. Then open the file directly in Reader.

PS. There's no such thing as "Adobe Reader 13". You can find the exact version number by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat Reader.
