Question

First page of PDF is blank

I have a user that has a seeing disability, so she has to use a custom "high contrast" view in Windows 10, when ever she gets  a specific document from someone (its a form that many people fill out and send to her) the first page is always blank, and that is the page with the most information on it.

All other PDFs open just fine, and other people can see the first page of the problem document without issue.

Is there a way to get it so this user can see the first page of this document?

    Hi K-oxlee,

Sorry for being late in answering your query.

Would it be possible if you can share the pdf form with us? You may create a link for the file using this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/send , click Add files > choose files from my computer

Select the form > create link. Once created, you may share the link via private message by left-clicking on the person's user name and click Message or copy-pasting direct here in the forums.

Also, let us know the application user is using to read the pdf - Adobe Reader/ Adobe Acrobat?

Let us know if there is any issue.
