Flat-tire lines in circular images

Hi I am generating a PDF using PhantomJS. However throughout the report I see "flat-lines" around the circular logos in PDF. The PDF looks good in all other PDF viewers (including in-browser viewers). Also the text looks different in Adobe. What can be the reason for this?
