Font doesn't look right after making a form in Acrobat

Hi, firstly I'm sorry for any mistakes I make. English is not my native language.

I made a form in Acrobat from my design of congratulatory letter. I used Arial because it definitely has all the characters I need. It's really important for me to be able to use characters like Č, Ř, Š, É etc. (czech language). But when i save the document and open it it doesn't look right. The characters are definitely different from the others and i can't use it like this. I have no idea how to fix it.

I would really apreciate if anyone could help me.

This one also works fine for me in Adobe Acrobat and Reader. If you're using another application when this issue happens you need to report it to the developers of that application. It's not possible to guarantee it will work correctly in all PDF viewers, unfortunately.

Works fine for me... See attached. Can you share the file with us? Did you try it with other fonts, like Helvetica or Times-Roman?

Just wanted to add that people that will be using this don't have adobe and are not at all technically skilled.
