Font package is required

I started using a Windows 10 PC. I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader. When I try to open a pdf file in File Explorer, I get the message that a font package is required to display the page. Then click ok to be redirected to an adobe add-on. When I click ok, I get an error that it can reach the page.

I deleted and reinstalled the reader and get the same result.
