Fonts cannot be display properly

Hi,

I have a PDF file which is displaying garbage characters in Acrobat Reader 24.002.20687. I have no problem reading in with Edge, Firefox, Brave and another windows 10/11 PCs. The fonts are just Arial which are preinstalled into the PC. I have uninstall and re-install reader for a couple of times and still unable to read it properly. Any idea?
