Form not updating

I'm new to formulas and working with Adobe. I'm having a problem figuring out why my balance drawer sheet is not calculationg correctly. If there is an error made, and you go back to correct it, the final totals do not update.

Change the field calculation order.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. I went back to make sure that the correct fields were marked for the totals. What's happening is if you fill the form out, and get the to the end and see that there's a shortage of $20.00, you may realize that you forgot to enter $20 somewhere in the "End of Shift Deposit" section. If you make the change here, it doesn't recalculate the totals after the change has been made. It does calculate correctly provided you don't need to make any changes.

You can't change the order with Acrobat Reader.
