Format Text Window is covering part of document

Hello:

I am trying to leave coments on orders that are sent by PDF through Adobe Reader. There is a text formating window covering part of the document that I cannot seem to hide or get rid of. How to I close this window? It is covering the order number. Priviously, it allowed me to toggle it on and off. Now it is always there.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

 

If you click on the icon "Aa", the window should close.

This is the text properties window that appears when you use the comment tools to add text, and you may change the color, font styles, and other features available in the window.

If you cannot close it, try once relaunching the application and repairing the application installation.

In Acrobat Reader, go to Help > Repair Installation.

Check if that helps.
