Fradulent subscription and monthly charges for November and December 2024.

I have been charged for November and December 2024 the amount of 23.99 EUR. I never have subscribed for Adobe Pro, not even using a trial. Please cancel my subscription and reimburse me for the fees charged. This is absolutly unacceptable to be charged for something I have no idea how I am subscribed to and not using.

Contact your bank and/or credit-card company and report it as fraud, and ask for a refund.

You should probably block your CC card, if someone else is using it without your consent.

The fraud is from Adobe side. I can see in my account the invoices and as I explained above I never subscribed for anything with Adobe. Please cancel my subscription and refund me 47.98EUR.

We are not Adobe. You can contact them directly for help.

 

And it was someone who stole your CC and used it to subscribe to Adobe.
