frequent crashes since last update

Question

Since installing the last update for DC, program crashes are very common. If the previous version is reinstalled, all files will work fine. What can I do?

Hi All,We apologize for not being able to response to your query on time. Adobe Acrobat official update (19.010.20064) containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Open Acrobat>Help > Check for UpdatesOr refer to the official release help document: DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products Regards,Akanchha
