Whenever I open Reader, a white screen appears, and I can’t seem to get rid of it. I’ve tried clicking the ESC button, restarting the program, and even rebooting the computer, but nothing works.
If the issue persists, please help us with the logs. You may use the diagnostic utility from this help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html. This tool will allow you to upload logs from your machine to our server directly and share the Unique log ID. Ensure Advance logging is checked.
