ftax pdf not downloading

I have purchased tax return program from www.ftax.co.uk

This is just an intelligent/secure pdf document that you can complete and send to HMRC

The problem I have is when I open the document I get error

'TypeError SOAPservice is undefined' and I cannot proceed

I have tried using Reader X and Reader XI

I have tried disabling firewalls and anti virus and adding www.ftax.co.uk as trusted site (I appreciate that the problem is that the document is not allowing access to this website)

Any ideas would be appreciated
