Garbage text when interacting with pdf

Hi, 

after resetting my laptop and re-installing Adobe Acrobat DC, I now get weird garbage text when clicking on the page (or highlighting, marking...) which disappears when scrolling. I updated drivers, deinstalled and reinstalled the software at least 5 times. No other pdf software seems to have this issue, only Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat DC. Im confused
