General Guidelines for Adobe Reader Configuration In A Network Environment

Are they any recommended  server configuration settings for  Adobe Reader that would help to reduce the latency when opening large PDF documents. I'm in a legal environemt , documents are generally scanned into our system, opened in Adobe Reader,  Office Suite 2016 for Editing,  Windows 10  Profesional 64Bit OS.  Desktop - Dell Optiplex GX7060 with i5 Intel Processsor  8GB RAM   M2 Solid State Drives.
