Get "access denied" with Adobe Cloud Storage with personal account

Hi,

Recently, I got "access denied" error while I was trying to access the documents that I stored in Adobe Cloud Storage from the Adobe services menu. Tried to clean the cache and using different brower, and different end devices(iPad, MacOS,iPhone). All have the same error report with my personal account. My personal account is a msn email account, and doesn't belong or link any school account.

Could someone can help me with this issue, as I checked all "access denied" with Adobe Cloud Storage in community. Looks mine is different with others.
